Hey there, I'm Adrian... I know these bios are often written in the 3rd person to sound smart, but I'm not going to do that here. So what do you want to know about me?
I was born and raised in California, I live with my beautiful partner Alica and our dog Madhu “honey”. I am the founder and co-creator of the New Earth Collective & Ulu Wellness.
If I had to label myself I would say I'm an American entrepreneur, mens trainer, results coach, biohacker, awakening facilitator & athlete.
Back in the day, I studied at the University of California and then went on to the silicon valley startup scene in San Francisco.
I helped launch and scale several companies including the most prestigious tech training academy globally as well as a tech company focused on reversing & tracking diabetes.
During this time I also worked as a Breakthrough Coach, trained by Tony Robbins, helping people create massive transformations in all areas of life.
To be honest, since I was twenty years old I have been fascinated with personal growth and awakening. In my early twenties I lived for a year in India studying & practicing Vipassana & did several deep dives including a 2 year energetic healing coach training.
After working for almost 15 years in silicon valley I decided to move to bali to focus full time on my passion of serving the collective humanity to awaken. Now I live here and am developing the New Earth Collective to train the next generation of Awakened Leaders + running Ulu Wellness to bring wellbeing to the planet.
My certifications and trainings: I've been a certified Vipassana teacher under Dhamma.org for 9 years; Completed a 2 year Awakening and Personal Transformation training with Luminous Awareness Institute; Breakthrough Coaching training with Tony Robbins; Complete Detox & Lifestyle training with Living Foods Institute; & 8 months functional fitness training under legendary Jake Illing. I also lived in ashrams around the world including 8 months in Sivananda’s center. For 1 year I traveled India extensively working with meditation teachers & studying wellness.
I have also trained with some incredible teachers in the fields of Sweat Lodge, Men's Leadership, Shadow Work, Emotional Intelligence & Active Listening.

WHEN DOES THE TRAINING TAKE PLACE?
The course begins 2025. Upon completion you will be a certified New Earth Coach.
HOW MUCH TIME DOES THE TRAINING TAKE EACH WEEK?
There will be 1-2 live classes per week. Each class will be between 1-2 hrs. The minimum time requirement will be the Saturday class. There will also be recommended exercises and coaching sessions to be done between class sessions. The amount of time for these will vary week to week.
HOW IS THE TRAINING DELIVERED?
All live training will be delivered via the New Earth Collective Platform. There will also be coaching sessions delivered on the platform as well as pdf’s and pre recorded video content. You will have 1 year of access to all resources and recordings and these can be downloaded for you to keep. Most importantly you will have life long access to the brotherhood of awakened New Earth men to support your mission and purpose.
HOW MANY STUDENTS WILL BE IN THE CLASS?
This is a very small and focused group of men. Each participant will be getting a high level of personal contact so we limit the training to 30 men Maximum. We have a strong focus on keeping an intimate container so we can go deep into each man's awakening journey.
WHAT IF I MISS A DAY?
Not a problem. All live training and classes are strongly recommended but not mandatory. We will record the live sessions so you can access them at any time.
CAN I TAKE THIS ONLINE IN MY OWN TIME?
We currently do not offer a pre recorded option for this training. The New Earth Academy is a LIVE training, as we strongly feel this is the best way to become a well trained coach.
HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT TO OTHER CERTIFICATIONS THAT ARE AVAILABLE?
The Awakened Leader Training is unlike any other coaching programs available. We bring together experts from the fields of mens work, Awakening, Detox, wellness, Trauma, Coaching, Leadership & Business. This unique mix of specialists from their various fields creates a powerful coaching training that is unmatched. It is truly designed for the New Earth Leader, the man who needs to rise to the occasion and take leadership into his own hands. It is designed to inspire and empower, as well as identify blocks and build Tribe. You will be part of a powerful collective and will need to drop ego identification in order to succeed. This course is not just giving you premade scripts and tools to try on clients, we are delivering personal transformation and empowerment. We believe it is this power that will make you a good leader and coach who can serve the new planetary collective.
CAN I SPEAK TO SOMEONE TO GET MORE INFO BEFORE JOINING?
Absolutely, we would love to connect and get to know you. You can schedule a call with one of the teachers in the program. This call will not be with a salesperson & we will never try to ‘sell’ you on joining the course, but only help you discover if this is or is not in alignment with what you are creating in the world.
WHAT’S THE INVESTMENT?
The cost of the program is EU 4,777. This includes all the live training as well as pre recorded content. It also includes the New Earth Caching Certificate, Detox Certificate, and Awakening Leadership Coach Certification. We want to openly communicate to you the price up front so you know it, however if this price feels like too much, don‘t worry. If you are a good fit for the community we want to make it work for you and can find something that works for you.

Ich teile sehr gerne ALLES zu meiner Biographie mit dir, da es hier keine Geheimnisse gibt und ich absolut offen mit so ziemlich..nein eigentlich wirklich mit allem umgehe. So habe ich damals Schauspielerei in Deutschland und New York studiert.Dies war mein Hauptjob und meine absolute Passion neben der als Casterin selber für die grösste Produktionsfirma Deutschlands Darsteller (Menschen) zu casten.
Auf meiner eigenen Entfaltung-Journey, auf der ich nun seit bereits über 10 Jahren nicht mehr in Deutschland lebe und in Bali mein Zuhause gefunden habe..habe ich so einige spirituelle Reisen erlebt, in Ashrams gelebt, mich zur Hypnose Therapeutin, Yoga-Trainerin, Ernährung-Coach ausbilden lassen….and so much more DEEP WORK
